Luna is a PhD Candidate in Management Studies with a specialisation in Organisational Behaviour. She completed the MPhil in Strategy, Marketing, and Operations at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, supervised by David Stillwell. Prior to this, Luna obtained her BSc in Psychology and Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2017 and an MA in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley in 2018.
She is interested in understanding individual differences and psychological traits in business-related topics with the help of Big Data and advanced statistical analysis. She has worked as research assistant in several labs in the United States and China. She is fluent in English and Mandarin, and has a basic knowledge of French.
