Cosima Fröhner is a visiting student researcher at the Psychometrics Centre at Cambridge Judge Business School during November 2024 - January 2025, where she is exploring the use of large language models for automated test development.
She is currently pursuing a degree in Statistics and Data Science at Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU) Munich, holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology from the University of Applied Sciences (HFT) Stuttgart. Cosima works as a research assistant at the Social Data Science and AI Lab at LMU Munich, under Prof. Frauke Kreuter and Prof. Christoph Kern, working on fairness in machine learning, and at the Chair of Business Psychology at HFT Stuttgart under Prof. Patrick Müller, researching automated item generation for personality tests. She has prior industry experience in consulting and the automotive sector.
Cosima is fluent in German and English.
