As an Academic Visitor to the Psychometrics Centre, Jana worked on a number of projects related to online psychometrics before returning to complete her masters' degree in Psychology at the University of Munster, Germany.
Jana brings expertise in intelligence testing, automatic item generation and adaptive online testing using Item Response Theory to the study of online behaviour. Her research interests include the measurement of retesting and practising effects in cognitive testing and how personality and other psychological traits manifest in individual social network profiles.
Jana enjoys travelling, cooking, yoga and sewing. She is fluent in English and German and a proficient French speaker.
