About
The aim of this workshop is to provide an introduction to Structural Equation Modelling using Mplus. The course is aimed at absolute beginners, with no or little prior knowledge of Mplus. This workshop celebrates the reintroducton of our very popular Researcher Development Initiative series that ran from 2008 to 2012, then funded by the ESRC. Topics covered will be:
- Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis,
- Multiple group factor analysis,
- Measurement equivalence,
- MIMIC models
- General Structural Equation Models.
No prior knowledge of these topics or of Mplus is assumed and the course includes a range of tutorials and practical sessions. Participants should bring their laptop computers with them, preferably with Mplus installed (you can install the demo version by downloading it free from statmodel.com).
