Ana Cristina Passos Gomes

Ana Pasos-Gomes was a Visitor to the Psychometrics Centre for the academic year 2013-2014 under the Brazilian Government CAPES doctoral exchange scheme and a PhD student in psychology at the Federal University of Bahia in Salvador. Her work focusses on “organizational citizenship" and "commitment" using quantitative methods of research and analysis, and the predominant use of psychometric scales. Her Behavioural Intentions of Organizational Citizenship Scale (EICCOrg) uses semantic differential techniques to evaluate the magnitude of the behavioural intentions of organizational citizenship, within which the four dimensions of helping behaviour, individual initiative, organizational defense and extra effort, compose organizational citizenship.
