On 1st November 2005 The Psychometrics Centre moved from City University, London to its new home at the University of Cambridge.
Our move enables The Psychometrics Centre to:
- develop new postgraduate programmes in association with Cambridge University.
- strengthen our existing agenda to build a dialogue between human measurement experts in work and education in order to create more integrated, efficient and accurate methods for making decisions about course, job and training choices.
- work with other units within Cambridge University to develop innovative assessment techniques, fitted to international needs.
Professor John Rust has also moved to Cambridge as Director of the Psychometrics Centre and member of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Cambridge. Our skilled City University staff will remain with us as part of our flexible network of external associates. They will continue to work on existing test development and consultancy projects.
