The Psychometrics Centre

Cambridge Judge Business School

The corporate world today is a complex, dynamic environment. More than ever, business leaders need to combine both strategy and science to deliver results. Nonetheless, most companies – even those with technologically advanced products and services – are still relatively new to using data-driven techniques to solve people challenges, from engagement to productivity and beyond.

The Psychometrics Centre, in collaboration with Emeritus Institute of Management, has developed an 8-week online programme in People Analytics.

The programme faculty are Peter Romero and Luning Sun, who will share their extensive skill and know-how in solving people-related challenges through data. The programme combines pre-recorded faculty presentations with guest speaker interviews, live webinars, Q&A sessions, workbook assignments, quizzes and more to help support your learning journey.

The programme runs several times a year and registrations are now open.

Visit the programme website to download a brochure and learn more.

What delegates say about the Cambridge Online People Analytics Programme:

  • The real life examples of analytics in practice and the ability to see other peoples views was the best part of the programme”
  • I found this to be a very well thought through programme, with a really strong balance of academic, practical, challenging content that covered everything I expected it to and more. The speakers were excellent. I will be reviewing ALL the material again for sure. Really excellent.
  • “I feel confident that I have learned the 'basics' (I can see from what we have learnt the depth of skill required to be an expert!) - it will help me to apply these concepts and work well with real experts in this space.”
  • "The content provided by Peter and Luning was great, both very good at explaining and conveying the content."
  • "There was a variety of interesting presenters, the content was great and the two core presenters, Peter and Luning, were excellent."
