I graduated in 2010 with a BA in Psychology from Webster University in Vienna, Austria, with a summa cum laude honours distinction and moved on to obtain my Mphil in Social and Developmental Psychology from the University of Cambridge in 2011. I went on to obtain my PhD in Psychometrics from the University of Cambridge in 2015.
My PhD was based on the implicit association test (IAT). I believe it is a test that has extreme potential for future work, personality, and clinical assessments.
I am fluent in English, French, German, and Croatian. I am also an avid rower and ex-captain of the women's first eight at Darwin College in Cambridge.
I currently work as an Advisor in Assessment Solutions at Shell.
