Cambridge People Analytics Academy

An intensive 5 (+1) day programme for executives and managers looking to develop a cutting-edge people analytics function within their business.

Who should attend the Cambridge People Analytics Academy?
This intense seminar is tailored for analysts or managers at all levels who are currently working in, or planning to develop, People Analytics functions. Leaders of these functions will profit from the course by learning more about the technical aspects and team members will get insights into strategic matters.

The objective is to gather skills that can be applied directly in daily practice or during the setup of a new function. The pace of teaching will be fast but supportive, and there will be plenty of opportunities for group work and networking, to facilitate the exchange of best practices in a relaxed Cambridge setting. The last day will be spent working through a Capstone project in which the skills learnt over the programme will be put into practice. All delegates will receive a branded certificate of attendance signed by the course instructors.

Only delegates that complete the full 5-day programme will be able to participate in the Capstone Project, since this will require a synthesis of both the analytical and strategic skills learnt on the course. However, it is also possible to attend Days 0, 1 and 2 only (for £995 + VAT) or Days 3 and 4 only (for £1,995 + VAT).

About the Facilitators
Educated in Hamburg and Cambridge, Peter Romero is an experienced practitioner that has overseen several global People Analytics projects in cooperation with diverse teams of analysts and executives. He has 18 years' experience in the Talent business, of which four were spent in a R&D function, and fourteen in consultancy. Two world-class academics from the Cambridge Judge Business School will also join the programme on Day 4 to provide additional perspectives on strategy and big data analysis.
