We put a lot of emphasis on practical skills. Thus, the necessary theoretical introduction to IRT and CAT is illustrated with practical examples and exercises with real data. The tempo is adjusted to the level of participants. At the end of the workshop, participants will individually go through the entire process of analysing item level data using IRT, building an item bank, and publishing the adaptive test online.

The course is led by our excellent staff, including the Concerto authors. Teaching will be in small groups so that delegates can make the most of the teaching.
