TalentLens is the Occupational Testing and Assessment Division of the Pearson Publishing Group. The Psychometrics Centre has worked with them and their predecessors on several key products, adapting US versions of tests for the UK market, developing partner tests,and authoring new ones. Products on which we have worked include:
- Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal, a cognitive test of verbal intelligence
- Advanced Numerical Reasoning Appraisal, a numerical companion to the Watson Glaser
- Orpheus, a test of personality in the workplace
- International Versions of Orpheus in Chinese (simplified Mandarin), Arabic and Spanish
- Giotto, an integrity test
- Estrado, scoring software for all the above.
